This notice describes the public website at onesync.co.za. The OneSync application at app.onesync.co.za is a separate service; agency data and service terms are discussed during onboarding.

Browsing this website

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or embedded third-party video players. Fonts, images and the hero video are served from our own website. Your browser sends the information required to request a page, such as your IP address, requested URL and browser details, to our hosting infrastructure.

Contacting us

The enquiry form prepares a draft in your own email application. It does not submit information to a website database. If you send that email, we receive the information you include and use it to respond to your enquiry.

Links to other services

Links to the OneSync app or other services take you to those services. Their account, security and privacy arrangements apply there.

To ask about information you have sent us, or to request correction or deletion, email info@onesync.co.za. Please do not include passwords, connection keys or other credentials in your enquiry.
